This charming little teapot, originally from a child's toy teaset, is 3.25" high and of the same mould as the black transfer girl with dog set, and the different patterns shown in Punchard, PLAYTIME POTTERY & PORCELAIN,pp40,52,middle. Circa 1840. Pink lustre, Chinese Reddish-Orange transfers with added lustre and enameling over glaze. Colors are Mustard, Navy, Blue and Green.
