These beautiful hat decorations are in a league of their own. This one is either celluloid or bakelite. I'm not good at testing for it. This hat pin is a beautiful creamy yellow what looks like a feather with rhinestones in bedded it it. The silvertone stem is flaking a little. But this is still very pretty. The bottom part that screws on the end looks like a arrow. I had a very hard time finding this one. They are getting so scarce, I do not want to say rare.This measures 3 3/8" inches. The top it's self is 2" inches.
