I strive for happily satisfied customers that will come back again to shop in my store. Quality merchandise and first class customer service is a priority with me. All the items offered in my shop are described honestly and accurately to the best of my ability. Any and all flaws will be disclosed in the description.

Please read all measurements provided and compare to a similar item of yours that fits well. Vintage sizes are very different from today's sizes. I will not accept returns for items that do not fit.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Payment for items must be received within 7 days from purchase unless other arrangements have been made with me. There is no HOLDING of items for any reason.

Buyer pays for actual shipping and delivery confirmation via Priority Mail. For items costing over $50, insurance will be added to the final shipping cost for the buyer's protection. Should the buyer refuse insurance, I will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items once they are mailed out. Returned items must have delivery confirmation or insurance if applicable.

INTERNATIONAL buyers: I accept PAYPAL only.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be given for all returned items that were as described. This is to discourage the few buyers who purchase an item, wear it and then return it.

A refund will be given for the original cost of item only. Return shipping charges are non refundable. Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt in original condition, clean and unworn and be insured.

Other Information:
Vintage clothing is a window to the past. It gives us a glimpse of how people dressed at a certain time period and what their values were back then. There is a romantic mystery about vintage clothing that intrigues and delights those of us who collect and wear it. It is rare to find a vintage item that is in perfect or mint condition. Most things have been loved and enjoyed and will show some degree of wear and age. I will not sell anything that has been worn out past it's usefulness. All my items are dry cleaned or handwashed before being offered for sale. Some vintage handbags and shoes have a "vintage" smell so if that offends you, please don't buy them. I do not sell items that have a moldy, musty or smoky smell.

Remember: Vintage clothing should be fun and an expression of your individuality.
