Being offered for your consideration is this signed watercolor & graphite painting of a seascape in old metal -over-wood frame. The frame measures approximately 21-1/2" by 14". This was purchased by my wife at an auction held in a small country town in southcentral Pennsylvania.
No one knew anything much about this painting other than it being old. The sticker on the back reads: Pictures, Frames Art Novelties Framed At Moore's 118 Capitol St. Charleston W. VA. It is a quality rending in art graphite pencil and watercolor paints of a beautiful little seaport.
