This is an older General Electric Merry Midget Tinsel Tree Topper. The original sale price of $2.99 is written in indelible ink on the side of the box.
I tested this light before listing and it is in good working order. There are 11 lights on the star along with 2 spare bulbs (although box lists three spare bulbs.) Star measures approximately 8" x 8-1/2" + a metal coil at the base of the topper for attaching to the top of the tree.
