All items are made of only the finest quality materials. If at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me ,unused for a full refund minus shipping charges.

If anything should become damaged over time with general wear and tear, I will gladly give you a quote for a small material's fee.

I will answer all emails in a timely fashion should you have any questions about a purchase or commission.Your order will ship within two business days after payment is made. Commission work time frame is based on the complexity of the design.

I also accept layaways on purchases over $200. Terms are 50% down and the rest must be paid within 30 days.If you should change your mind within the 30 days, 10% of the down payment will be kept as a restocking fee .Please contact me for arrangements.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Thank you so much for your purchase! Your item will be shipped within two business days of payment received.If paying by a check, the item(s) will not be shipped until payment clears the bank.Likewise, if paying by a money order, item will not be shipped until money order arrives.It is also the buyers responsibility to pay duty fees from your country. I hope to see you again soon!

All packages will be shipped priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation because my designs are mostly one of a kind and can't be duplicated. If you choose not to have insurance or delivery confirmation, I can't be held responsible for lost packages.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
A 6% sales tax is added to residents of Pennsylvania.
