Portrays the adventures of four young Athenian lovers and a group of amateur actors, their interactions with the Duke and Duchess of Athens, Theseus and Hippolyta, and with fairies who inhabit a moonlit forest.

One of my favorite plays with many mishaps,deceit and love, these earrings remind me of the forest wedding of Hippolyta and Duke Theseus.

A beautiful smooth, flawless briolettes of cognac quartz gemstones dangle in the center under dyed green cultured keshi pearls. On either side are stunning watery green prasiolite ,also known as green amethyst,faceted briolettes. In the center of all the fine wire wrapping is a tiny peridot dyed freshwater pearl.

The entire piece is on a hand formed heavy gauge piece of sterling silver wrapped with hair thin sterling wire. Sterling chain hangs attached from the leverback closure. This piece has been oxidized to give it a mysterious forest feel.
