Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
The shipping and handling charges will be determined when I know your address and zip code and the number of items purchased. We ship USPS PRIORITY insured.

There is a Handling fee of $10.00 for large and heavy boxes going out side the USA.

There is a $50.00 minimum order from countries outside the USA.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders from Australia must be paid immediately when order is made. The shipping charges will be your second payment and will be billed after the Post Office determines the correct amount.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Payment of Money Order must be received within seven days of confirmed sale or we will return items to stock. PayPal and Visa/MC payments must be received within THREE days of sale.

Please notify me if Sale is Cancelled so I can return the items to my shop. If you do not notify me of a Cancellation I will be forced to BLOCK my shop from your email address.

All money orders, and personal checks should be made out to myself, Lisa Lutomski, not Lisa's Vintage Treasures.

Also, I prefer POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. The charge is only 95 cents for the first $500 dollars. Can't beat that! Also, Postal Money Orders can be traced. Bank Money Orders cannot be traced.

There is a $ 50.00 minimum on orders going out-side the USA.

NY State Sales Tax must be paid unless a valid Tax Exempt form is provided.

International orders must be paid in US currency in the form of International Money Orders or via Pay Pal. Please check with your local post office prior to your purchase for information about any additional customs duty charges. International buyers are responsible.
