Sleepy Hollow #4903 Hand-Painted Fine Stoneware Covered Vegetable & Covered Butter Dish Set

Vintage stoneware china in a pattern named SLEEPY HOLLOW #4903 which is under-glazed, detergent, and dishwasher proof. The manufacturer's name is not on the back only the above information.

Both the covered vegetable dish and the covered butter dish have a hand painted turquoise flower. The domed lids are a deep teal blue. Both pieces are in very, very good condition. They look like they had little or no use. over the years.. The inside of the vegetable dish has light crazing. However, you must look for it under the light.

The covered butter dish measures approximately 8.5" long and 4.75" wide. The cover measures 6.5" long; 2" deep; and 1.5" tall.

The covered vegetable dish measures &' from bottom to tip of nob on the cover. Bottom of dish is 3.5" tall; 9" long; and 5.25" deep.

This set would make a very nice display piece for your retro kitchen or dining-room. ENJOY!!
