This style of necklace is often referred to as "Prom" jewelry but this one is quite sophisticated. It is asymmetrical in the late '40's early '50's style and is made of prong set silvertone rhinestone "chain" fashioned into a 14" choker with a very secure clasp. The silvertone and rhinestone clasp has a hook that goes over a loop and then "snaps" closed. The central motif is 1 3/4" wide and long and consists of two drops of chain with larger prong set rhinestones dangles at the end and two loops of rhinestone chain. Very pretty and perfect for you LBD or Holiday gown. Excellent condition - as sparkly today as when it was new!
