Regency (Unsigned) Sapphire Rhinestone and Molded Glass Flower Brooch

This brooch is a beauty. Several sizes and shades of sapphire navettes are prong set in pewter colored mounting which really makes them POP! On one side these navettes form a flower with an aurora borealis coated rhinestone in the center. Five molded glass pale gray flowers with aurora chatons form the center motif, and are accented by other pale and medium sapphire blue navettes and aurora stones. The brooch measures almost 3” x 1 ¾”. This piece looks fantastic on both light and dark colors. While unsigned, there is no question in my mind about this attribution. The combination of stones, the design and the finish are all typical of Regency. Excellent condition.
