These lovely Retro style leaf earrings with a loop above the ear have the same leaf and tendril motif used by McClelland Barclay in a series that was only partially marked. While attending a VFCJ convention recently, I saw the identical motif used on McClelland Barclay pieces. While this motif was used by other designers at the time, it is possible that these earrings are unsigned McClelland Barclay. Whether they are or not, they are lovely. These are small scale - measuring just about 1" by 1/2". The screwbacks are marked sterling on the backs of the bottom of the screw back. The earrings are in lovely condition with a trace of rose gold vermeil.
