Of course this spectacular rhodium plated necklace and matching bracelet are not "real" diamonds and sapphires but they would fool anyone. This gorgeous C. 1950's set features faceted square cut sapphire colored rhinestones and prong set clear rhinestones. The necklace is 161/2" long including the extender and the hook, and about 1/2" wide. The main part of the necklace is 9 5/16". The bracelet is 7 1/4" not including the slide in clasp. The clasp is marked Kramer of NY. The necklace is not marked, which is not unusual. It was typical in this period for only one piece in a set to be marked. Excellent vintage condition. Perfect for a prom, black-tie event or to wear to a really fancy cocktail party!
