This shimmering lemon yellow brooch, in the shape of a flower petal, is composed of prong set cabochon cut stones called Sabrina's. They There is a prong set jonquil rhinestone in the center. The brooch is set in gold tone metal and has a V-clasp, which was used in the 1950's and early 1960's. This 2 1/4 x 1 1/2" brooch is in excellent condition. Proud Member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.

You could wear this wonderful layered, C. 1950's brooch in either direction. Shaped like an oval wreath and made of bronze colored aurora coated crystals wired to the back, and covered with a textured gold plate, this piece has wonderful rhinestone rondelles on the top layer. There are also some gold filigree balls at each side studded with aurora borealis rhinestones. Two inches by about 1 1/2". Excellent vintage condition. Proud Member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.

This little charmer is almost exactly like an A&S piece with black enamel that I sold recently. It is almost identical in size and design and may be an unsigned Sphinx, another British company who marked their pieces with numbers. It is marked with the number 11006. This charming 1 3/4" late 1950's circle pin is set with olivine nuggets and faux pearls. The piece is heavy for its size and is finished in antique gold . The leaves that entwine the two sizes of pearls and olivine nuggets are textured. While unsigned this is a very nice quality brooch. Olivine is a green mineral frequently used in jewelry, and is found in volcanic regions, such as Hawaii, where I live. Excellent vintage condition.

There is a large prong set bright amethyst colored chaton in the center of a florette, tipped with small prong set chatons. It's hard to date this 3" x 2" brooch. It has elements of Arts & Crafts design with the hammered lily and Retro design in the overall shape and the swirls. I believe it is C.1930's. The brooch depicts a tropical flower that reminds me of a Calla lily but also has a small trumpet shaped flower and very dimensional leaves and swirls. This would be a great addition to a vintage jacket or a little black dress.

This layered 2 1/4 x 2/12" prong and dogtooth mounted brooch with mink colored sparkling stones in a fabulous goldtone setting has all the known characteristics of a Juliana aka D&E brooch! This almost 3" (2 7/8") long is 1/2" wide at the ends and 7/16" in the center. Done in the Art Deco style the brooch has faux millegrain work and alternating rows of channel set sapphire square cut rhinestones with clear colored rhinestones, set in silver tone metal. Kenneth J. Lane has been in business since 1963, and much of his work is in revival styles. The brooch is marked Kenneth Lane with a © mark.

This 2 1/8” x 1 ¾” open work pot metal brooch is unsigned but has the distinctive markings on the back of Little Nemo pieces manufactured by the Briar Manufacturing Co. in the 1930’s. The aqua stones are a combination of faceted rounds and squares that stand out against the blackened metal. The brooch has a filigree type of leaf design on it. In very nice vintage condition, this early piece would be a great addition to your collection.

This charming brooch, made of pot metal and enamelled in shades of bright coral and green, and studded with clear rhinestones is a period copy of a much smaller Trifari brooch from the same era. (D118,759). This brooch is 3 1/2 " long and about 1 1/2" wide while the original (photo #2) fur clip is tiny. This small round metal brooch has a florette consisting of sparkling blue sapphire prong set colored stones accented by clear glued rhinestones and surrounded by prong set smoke colored stones. The base for the stones appears to be stamped or pressed copper with a really detailed design on the back as well as the front. There is a "c" clasp and no marks. This pin is about 1 1/4" in diameter.
