Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Payment is expected within 7 days of your purchase order. If payment is not received, its will be returned to stock. I will accept personal checks but the item will be held for 10-14 business days for bank clearance.
You have the option of first class for $3.50 Just make a note on you PO. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Please send a note with your purchase order as to how you would like it shipped.

International shipping to Canada will be $10 for and everywhere else will be $13.50 for International priority. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I insure through DSI so the package will not be marked.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items unless it was mis-represented.
The buyer is responsible to pay for shipping to return the item. The item must be returned in the exact same manner in which it was sent and in the same condition. All return shipments must be insured. Original shipping fees are non refundable to buyer if item is returned.

Other Information:
For Illinois residents there is a 7.25% sales tax.
