Porcelain, lady bust ~ figurine, features a most mesmerizing facial expression ~ and a most amazing reticulated (pierced) bonnet. Measuring a tall 7 1/4", porcelain figure (still maintaining a high glaze) features a woman, in period dress, with a stunning bonnet (brim alone stands 2" tall) with textured brim and large, tear-drop shaped pierced, openwork ~ which has been tied sweetly beneath her chin with a long, flowing "ribbon". Tucked beneath her bonnet, are layers, of dimensional curls that frame her delicately, hand-painted face with realistic expression, and long, tendrils of curls that tumble down her back, and over her light green, and "ruffled" gown. Figurine is highlighted on trim, bonnet, dress, with applied, gold-gilding ~ virtually mint condition ~ with no loss of gold nor hand-painting (with no maker's mark).
