NAPCO February Birthday Angel Figurine with Heart Sweet Napco angel, holds a red-heart, trimmed with a pink-porcelain petaled flower ~ and "February Angel" in gold-script on the base. Her gown, with spaghetti trim ~ and wings and halo, trimmed in gold-gilding ~ with precious hand-painted face. Stands just under 5" tall ~ with NAPCO (original silver foil label) and numbered "A-1326" (with a few, tiny rough spots of spaghetti trim, commiserate with age).
