It is signed on the back, but the only thing I can make out is Laguna. (See Photo) It has some light crazing and one little bubble pop on the front of the saddle, probably from when it was fired. (See Photo). It looks like Elzac or Copa de Oro Style Hand Decorated California Ceramics I have seen.
