Amazing Hull "Early Art" pottery vase with primitive high gloss vertical striped glaze! This is a book piece shown in The Collectors Ultimate Encyclopedia of Hull Pottery Volume 1. This line was produced between 1925 - 1935. This vase has the most desirable mauve blue and turquoise color combination. The vase stands 8 inches tall, and is 4 3/4 inches wide at the top rim.

The piece is in excellent condition. There is a bottom rim chip. There are areas of missed glaze. These pieces were crudely produced and are often found with similar flaws. NO other chips, dings, or cracks!

It is hallmarked with an "H" in a circle and the numbers 32, and 8.

Truly a wonderful example of early art pottery! Looks great with antique and modern decor!
