Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Client pays for shipping expenses. Le Louvre French Antiques, Inc does neither ship nor pack inventory items but to help out our customers, we will contact one or several shipping companies if requested by the customer. We do not get any commission from any shipping companies nor do we receive any special treatment. You will have to contact them if you are interested in their services. Le Louvre French Antiques, Inc cannot accept payment for the shipping. Le Louvre French Antiques, Inc will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper. However, Le Louvre French Antiques, Inc will provide all the necessary documents such as pictures and invoices to help the client with the claim.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
