Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We are committed to ensuring that your items reach you safely and intact. We do not make any extra money on shipping charges, and we do not charge a handling fee on most purchases. Larger purchases, such as sets of dishes, may incur a nominal handling fee for extra boxes and bubble wrap.

Please do not ask us to discount shipping charges. The buyer pays only for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Many times we even lose money on shipping because we are such careful packers!

Shipping can sometimes be combined for multiple purchases, but please understand that not all items pack well together, and combined shipping is not always cheaper depending on the box.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
