This is a decorative antique painted hall tree from France. It is from the Napoleon III period, circa 1840 and is carved from solid oak. It was most likely painted around 50 years ago. Has unique carvings of figures on each side that are gold gilded which really highlight this piece. A very decorative and charming French hall tree, circa 1840. Measuring 98H x 48W x 12D.
