This is a wonderful Autumnal farm scene in a rural setting. Done with beautiful oranges and browns and soft hues of yellow and purple, it conveys a certain amount of warmth and contentment. There is some smudging at the top of the painting which we have not attempted to repair. This is a nice work in a 1920's frame which has a slight bit of paint missing here and there, but it all works together to create a wonderful feeling. The painting is possibly signed R. Packer? It measures 15"x 10" without the frame and 19" x 14" with the frame.
