Large Vintage Sterling and Eilat Pin

This is a very large Sterling and Eilat pin or pendant. It has a pin and a loop so it can be worn as a necklace or a pin. Eilat stone is also known as King Solomon stone because it is found only in King Solomon's mine.

The stone is a dark green color with various shades of green and blue veining through it. The stone itself measures 2" long x 1" wide. It is 2 1/4" x 1 3/4" total.

The pin is marked Israel 925 and MV ( I'm not so sure about the MV) but that is what it appears to say. There is also another mark which is too small to make out even with the loupe. It is in excellent condition!
