Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We know you are excited to have your new item,
so we normally ship within 48 hours after receiving payment.
It is carefully packaged to arrive safely at your door.

Orders are shipped as economically as possible,
USPS, or UPS depending on weight and destination.
We are happy to combine shipping on your order, whenever possible.

Orders ship worldwide to any country not expressly prohibited by our international insurance policy.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are *not included* in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packaging, it must be handled through the insurance agent with an insurance claim. We are happy to assist and file the claim.. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if damage occurs, as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

Restocking Fee:
We may charge a 15% restocking fee

We love to deal with and accept PAYPAL or you may request GOOGLE CHECKOUT. We also accept money order or check; to be received within 7 days of purchase or the order will be returned to stock. Please make checks payable to ALEX HORTON, checks are subject to a 7 day hold.

Items may be placed on Lay-Away (if the order is over $100) by paying 1/3 of the purchase price and then paying 1/3 in 30 days and 1/3 in 60 days. Just send an email telling what you want to lay away and I will send you your 1st payment amount. You can then either use your PayPal account or send a money order. Money orders should be sent on the same day or within 24 hours.

Terms of lay-away: Please send your full name, address, and phone number when requesting lay-away. If you are using PayPal , 1/3 of the payment can be charged on PayPal today, the 2nd one in 30 days from today, and the 3rd payment in 60 days from today. When payment is received, a hold will be placed on the item. If a money order payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be placed for sale again.

If an item is partially paid for, and 2nd or 3rd payment is not received within 10 days of due date; 15% of purchase price restocking fee may be charged and the item will be put back up for sale.

Refunds on Lay-away items are a store credit.
