Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Email with your shipping address for shipping and insurance cost. Do not pay until shipping costs are confirmed unless shipping amount is already stated in the listing. Buyer to pay for actual shipping and mandatory insurance. Shipping is via USPS priority mail, parcel post, and UPS depending on the item. Multiple purchases combined whenever possible for lower rate. We take special care in packaging and often spend as much on packing materials as the shipping cost. In five years of selling on-line, we have had one international customer receive a damaged item. International shipping is higher and item’s cost will not be misrepresented on customs forms and invoices. Exact amount will be declared.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
We guarantee our descriptions are accurate and any imperfections will be listed. We maintain extensive archives of photographic records and descriptions of all our items with our identification mark. All of our photographs and descriptions are copyrighted to us and cannot be copied without our permission.
Tennessee residents pay 9.75% sales tax.
