An oriental friend translated the bottom mark as “Shima Mura.” This Gorgeous piece is entirely hand painted. It features 3 different butterflies with elaborated gold trim. The gold trim and the white enameling is raised. Each butterfly has many raised gold and white dots. The white flowers are raised enamel. Notice the elaborated gold trim and the lovely little feet.. It measures 5 in. tall x 6 in. wide. There are no chips cracks, cracks, or crazing. This is truly a classic piece of art.
