New England Pineapple was manufactured by the Boston and Sandwich Glass Company, Sandwich, Massachusetts, and the New England Glass Company, Cambridge; c. 1850-1870. This piece has 3 mold marks, flint ring, no chips or cracks, has straw marks, measures 4 ¼” tall x 4 ¼” wide. Remarkable condition for ~150 years old. It has that wonderful flint ring. The piece is from my antique dealer mom’s collection.
