The Victorians used a large variety of stones in their jewelry many of which are not used today such as the 'pudding' agate of this ring which is a creamy butterscotch color with a swirl of cream . The setting is 10k rose gold. There is no mark but I have tested using acid. The ring measures 1 inch by a 1/4 of an inch. The ring size is a 3 1/2. The band is not greatly worn so the ring could be sized.
