This charming broach dates from the Victorian era and is made of 14k bloomed yellow gold ( acid is applied to rose gold to 'bloom' the bright gold color ) except for the pin which remains rose gold. The pin has the longer pin length of the Victorian era where the pin extends beyond the edge of the broach. The entire pin is covered in prong set natural pearls. If the pin was completely circular, it would have a diameter of 1 inch.
There are no metal marks but the pin has been tested. The test indicates 14k gold. The pin is in excellent vintage condition.
