Georgian Gold Lapel Pin with Natural Pearls

Presenting for sale: 15-18k yellow gold pin in a bows and crests motif with natural pearls covering the entire pin. This pin is a little treasure. The pin measures almost 1 1/4 by 1 inch. Pearls delicate and can change tint over time. I think the large center pearl is a replacement since a hole can be seen on its top. In addition I believe that some of the smaller pearls may have been replaced. If replacements were made, they were made with great care to preserve the integrity of the pin. There are no marks on the gold but is has test 15-18k and is yellow in color. The pin is extra long and may be a Victorian replacement.
