This is a wonderful early spongeware bowl. It is green and cream/yellow. It has a beautiful scalloped top edge. It's hard to see in the pictures but under the scalloped edge is a raised decorative band.

The bowl measures approximately 7 1/4" top diameter by 2 1/4" high. There are a couple chips and a few hairline cracks as well as crazing. But this is normal for pieces this old.
