This is a stunning lamp! I believe it is made of porcelain although when I took the figure off the base the bottom has more of a chalk or ceramic feel. The only markings are on that base: W-D It is made in the style of the Dresden or similar lamps.

She is such a beautiful lady dressed in green and yellow with applied lace around her dress. She is holding a purse in her left hand and her right hand is by her side. Her facial features are so pretty and still has good paint wear.

She is mounted on a metal base with has 8 curved sides. The electrical hardware is mounted within the figure - very unusual. It does not have any of its wiring, but it would probably have needed to be replaced anyway.

She stands a full 16" high. Other than needing some cleaning from long years of storage, she is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, etc.
