German Victorian Two Dimensional Valentine Card Roses Galore

Roses, Roses, Roses, adorn this sweet die cut German Valentine Card. It is a chromolithograph. Subject is a young girl Victorian in appearance, with roses forming the background. She is carrying baskets of flowers, suspended with blue bows, and attached to a shoulder carrier. The dimensional card folds out, allowing the girl to stand apart from the rose background. The roses vary in shades of rose, red and pink.

The petite card is 3" X 5". Condition is excellent. No frontal damage or fading. Slight crease at girl's neck only. The slightly darkened backside bears the names of sender and recipient and possibly a date. The mechanics of the card is still sturdy and functions properly. It bears the word " Germany" to the front lower left corner.

This is such a pretty little Valentine card from Late 1800's. It deserves recognition in a treasured collection. Young " Eloise" would love you to add it to yours.
