Prim and Proper Napco Ware Lady Head Vase. Numbered 5939. She features heavy black lashes, new earrings, dimensional gold flower on white ruffle dress. She reminds me of Lucille Ball. Her blondish light brown hair is fashioned in a stylish flip. She dates 1950's-60's. She has a very pretty, elegant face with high arching brows over glossy heavy black lashes on closed lids.
