Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping and insurance will not exceed the flat rate listed on each item.

Restocking Fee:
There will be a 10% restocking fee for domestic shipments and 15% for foreign, for items returned.

Other Information:
Sales tax as appropriate (ie county) for NY State residents only. I do gladly ship internationally! Please ask for rates. Layaways no longer accepted.
