Here is a vintage, ie; circa 1960's, from an estate buy, unusual pair of 14KG earriings. Note the "hoop-in-hoop" dangling design. They are for pierced ears, note the post-design. The total "drop" of the earrings is 40 MM - that is, from top of the small hoop just below the post to the bottom, enameled area.

Large hoop is 25 MM across; smaller one, inside, is 15 MM; the top smallest hoop is 8 MM across. The "barrell-design" enameled portion, lovely violet and jade green, iridescent, is 8 MM in width; 5 MM in thickness. Any more questions?
