Unusual setting, quite lovely, for these geniune garnet earings. Each earring has an oval garnet, fiery orange-red color, set into a "sunburst" design; these post earrings, all 14KG, have the stone mounted, tightly grommeted, within a coiled, filigree background (see 2nd picture for relief detail). The stones are each 7 MM x 9 MM, approximately 1.5 carats each of garnet. Overall dimensions of each earring are 15 MM each way; from base to top of stone, 4" in height. Elegant and smashing!
