Here is a Unique Vintage Mini Box Caddy Purse...Very Useful & Handy!!! It's was Made in Germany for ROSENFELD & is Called the "PILL TOTE". Dating Back to the 1950's, it's Constructed Entirely of Smooth Genuine Leather done in an Eye-Catching Fire Engine Red. Fashioned with a Hard Form & Styled in an Oblong Box Shape with Rounded Edges, It has a Flap Top with a Center Leather "Tongue" that Securely Attaches with a Brass Snap to the Bodies Center Front for a Secure Closure. The Interior is a Tan Suede with a Bottom Red Textured Lip for Holding Pill Bottles or Whatever Else You Like,Securely. On the Under Side of the Lid there is a Clear Slip Pocket for Added Storage of Small Pills or Change. It's Stamped " PILL TOTE " at the Outer Top Left Corner of the Lid in Gold Gilt & on the Bottom it's Stamped " Made in Germany for ROSENFELD ". It Measures approx 5 3/8" Wide from Side to Side measured across the Front & approx 2.25" Tall with Lid from Top to Bottom & approx 1 3/8" Deep from Front to Back. It's In Good Condition, with no Major Damage....just some Typical Scuffs & Scratches here & there & around the Edges of the Bottom & there are about 2-3 Teeny Tiny Pin Holes at it's Bottom Back Side, but None of this Distracts from it's Overall Look...& I think a Good Polish would have it looking even more Beautiful!! The Red is Bright & Bold, the Interior is Clean & Spotless, & All Stitching is Tight.

This is a Nifty Item...One I've Never Seen Before & then being by Rosenfeld makes it a Nice Collectible!!!

You Can Use this Not Only for or as a "pill tote"...It can Store Makeup, Credit Cards, Keys, or Use it for Display as a Jewelry Holder Box, or Leave the Lid Lifted Up & Stuff it with some Tissues on a Bathroom Counter or Shelf...The Possibilites are Really Endless!
