From the 40s or 50s, it's so Incredibly Chic, fashioned in a Cropped Shrug / Bolero Style. Rachel Zoe would Definitely be seen Wearing this or Styling it on some Celebrity!!

It's a Coat with Arms yet it has a Cropped Length with a Cape effect Drape. It's Tailored in an Almost Boxy like Form & the Arms have a Slight Raglan Effect. The Back of the Coat is a bit Longer then the Front & its Bottom has a Rounded Off Circular Drape ;....All Making the Entire Piece Hang Fabulously & Give off the Cutest of Looks!

It has Two Oversized Buttons at the Front, which are just Adorable & you can leave the Bottom One Undone for a Extra Special Touch !! There are Darts along the Upper Back as well as a Few at the Upper Front that Slightly Arch Out at Each End; Adding to the Overall Style & Fit of the Coat!!

& Then, ....the Best Part...Topping the Entire Piece Off is a Magnificent, Real Lamb Fur Collar of Chocolate Brown that is So Soft, Cozy & Luxurious Looking!

It's Made of Wool, done in a Beautiful Golden Camel Color & Fully Lined in a Golden Satin.

There is No Maker tag & I actually believe that this may be a Homemade Piece. Back then lots of women made their own clothes! Its made with Quality & a Definite Eye for Style as well as Expert Tailoring; Sporting Bound Button Holes & a Satin Lining.

The is No Indicator of a Size, but it Fits like a Small & the Measurements are 21" from armpit side seam to armpit side seam across the back & 14" in Length down the front from top of shoulder to bottom & 17" in Length down the Back from nap of neck to bottom & the arms measure approx 23" in Length. I'm a Size 6 & It Fits Me.

It's in Excellent Condition. The Fur is Gorgeous, & there is No Damage that I can find. The Wool is Super with No Moth Bites or Holes & there seems to be No Stains or Damage that I can find anywhere. It's expertly tailored, but some of the Inner edges..( like where the bottom was folded in & sewn ) that may still look rough but this is how they did it back then, & if it bothers you, you can Easily & Quickly clean it up & re-stitch it. Its not damage...just the way it was made & no one can see this anyway! Again, it really is beautifully hand done, & absolutely with an eye for fashion!!

There is no Fabric Care Label, but I would Imagine that this is to be Dry Cleaned Only...& We are Leaving that to you to do if you feel its Needed. As of Now..again I see No Soiling nor Do I Smell Any Odors.
