Produced from 1939 to 1960, this design is Doulton Number D6036, large size (5 3/4"), backstamp A, and is listed on p.388 of the Charlton Standard Catalogue of Royal Doulton Beswick Jugs, 5th edition (1999), with a value of $325. The jug is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or imperfections of any sort.
