Here is a beautiful 1950’s/60’s set for the tea drinker/collector. It consists of a teacup, deep saucer, and 7 ½” diameter salad, dessert, or sandwich plate. The gorgeous design if very classical: A cobalt blue border with gold scrollwork and edging on the ogee scalloped rim, with a center pattern of a multi-color wildflower bouquet on white background. Ink-stamp mark shows Linder, Bavaria, Western Germany, as the maker, pattern name Echt Cobalt. Other than a mfrs. small smudge on the back (as shown), all pieces are in mint condition: no chips, cracks, or stains. An excellent choice as a holiday gift!.
