Antoine's Restaurant Since 1840 Cookbook....A collection of the original recipes from New Orleans' oldest and most famous restaurant by Roy F. Guste, Jr. (Fifth generation proprietor), published by Carbdery-Guste, New Orleans, Louisiana, 1979 Revised American Edition. Hardcover book is in very fine condition, the dust jacket has been price-clipped and shows a little wear. I will wrap in mylar prior to shipping. The incredible art work (over fifty original paintings) depict kitchen scenes & foods and were commissioned especially for this book by the author. Over 60 full color illustrations. I think the price is worth just the artwork.
