This vintage diaper cover is called Sleepy-Drye (by Modella) and is a porous all fabric water repellant air-cooled Diaper Cover. It is in the original box which touts that it is for "the care and comfort of the baby and the happiness of the mother". It also states it is "New Improved". They apparently also produced sleepy-bye, mitey-drye and trainey-drye. It is size 3. Box and inside diaper cover are in mint condition. It is machine washable & includes two safety pins. Great for the collector. You would be hard pressed to find another let alone in this condition.
