This very rare art lover's cookbook is titled "Toscana In Bocca" by Grazietta Butazzi and preface by Tino Buazzelli, Copyright 1977 by EDRISI, Edizoni E Ristampe Siciliane. It has a corrugated cardboard cover. It is printed on brown paper called "cartapaglia". The scarce book has fabulous artwork as well as many wonderful recipes. Each recipe is written in Italian and in English. The artwork is in color and sepia. The condition is like new. There is a small bumpy area on the edge of the front cover but it otherwise very tight and unused. These are authentic Italian recipes of the Tuscan region in Italy. You have to see it to appreciate. The book is now protected in a heavy mylar sleeve. It is an exceptional book & I hope you take the time to look at some of the pages inside. It is collectible for the art work alone!
