SALE Original Signed Chinese Watercolor Landscape 17"x21"

This luscious, original watercolor was bought at an estate sale. The symbols and artists signature denote this is a Chinese painting. It is a wonderful village scene of white buildings with bold black rooftops against a blue background. A bridge is depicted over a waterway with people crossing over, some holding umbrellas. There are two Chinese symbols over the signature. The first one means "good, beautiful, magical", the second one means scenery or landscape. The painting is in perfect condition without any flaws and the wooden frame is also in great condition. The painting has been professionally framed. There is a tiny tear in the paper on the back (see photo). While I cannot tell you about the artist; I can tell you this is an unusually fine piece of artwork & is indeed a "magical landscape". The piece measures 17" x 21".
