I respond to telephone calls, offers, questions, and purchase orders promptly.
I offer layaway for larger purchases except on consignment items.
TERMS:
if you need to cancel an order, I will do so with no hassle as long as it isn't on layaway. Please let me know should you want to cancel. Any form of communication will do.
If you can't pay on time, I will hold items for you as long as you let me know what's going on. If I don't hear from you or you ignore my emails, I will cancel the order.
Please include a home telephone with your order, even if you want item(s) shipped to your office or other location.. Time zone differences can make communicating with an office difficult.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Orders are normally packed the weekend following payment then mailed the next business day. We pack extremely carefully and have never had an item break in transit. If you need something very quickly and/or by a particular date, be sure to tell me!
Also please note that items requiring special packaging may take a little longer, especially oversize or very fragile items.
Shipping includes handling and insurance unless the item costs under $20 (at which price point you may choose to decline insurance) or we mutually agree to ship without insurance for some other reason.
Non U.S. Buyers: I accept ONLY PayPal instant transfers from non-U.S. buyers. Sorry!
Shipping costs have gone up. It affects everyone. Sellers are also buyers. I hate the high cost of shipping. It raises my costs AND yours, but it is outside my control. If you live locally, you are welcome to pick up items free of charge.
Restocking Fee:
Normally, I do not charge one, but I reserve the right to do so, especially if I have held an item for a long time for you.
