These are really lovely and detailed. It is an antique set of sugar tongs or nips. They have claw foot grabbers and floral decoration on the handle. They are circa 1880s, I do not see a mark but might be missing it. They are very nicely made. They measure 6.75 x .5 inches. They are tarnished and will polish up beautifully.
