This is a beautiful antique book rack. The ends are movable and can fold flat and the rack telescopes to open to almost twice as long. The rack has wonderful ornate designs on the ends I see two Bacchus or devil like horned faces, a bird in flight and flowers. The book rack measures 12.75 closed and telescopes to twice the length when open x 5 x 5 inches. It is in overall excellent antique condition. This is a beautiful piece and will grace any beautiful décor be it in the bedroom the library on a desk or any room.
