Antique Heart in Hand Stick Pin Great Details Signed

This is a really charming turn of the century stick pin. It has a detailed hand palm up with many lines in a silver metal with a brass heart in the palm. It is marked on the back with a logo some numbers and a etched in series of initials, I can not make out. The metal does not appear to be sterling though it might be a German silver type metal but I am not sure. The pin measures 3.75 x 1 inches. It has some patina and tarnish overall in very good condition.
